City Boy | Calpurnia

Calpurnia consists of a group of 15-year-old best friends based out of Vancouver, Canada. Finn Wolfhard, who you may know as Mike from Stranger Things, is tackling a part-time music career as the lead singer and a guitarist for the band.

The debut single by the band, “City Boy” provides a bluesy, 90’s alt-rock feel with a modern flare. It holds a great amount of life and has a catchy sing-along chorus.

They were signed to their label, Royal Mountain Records in Nov. 2017. Indie-alternative band Twin Peaks’ Cadien Lake James is to produce their debut EP. In the single’s music video, Calpurnia shows some of the recording processes with James.
